Flow Festival, the experience that combines music and art

This summer, we had the chance to dive into one of the coolest Nordic festivals that’s been growing bigger and better every year. We traveled to Helsinki to experience Flow Festival, where music, art, and sustainability come together in the super unique setting of Suvilahti, an old industrial area turned festival paradise.

Flow Festival celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, and wow, it delivered! With over 90,000 people attending across three days, this event has truly become one of Europe’s must-visit cultural festivals.

And yes, this festival really has it all. There’s something for everyone, with tons of different stages and spaces to explore. The vibe? Absolutely amazing! The crowd is super chill, everyone’s having a blast, and the fashion is on point. It’s not just about the music—it’s a place to hang out with friends and family and also dive into important topics like sustainability.

Foodies, you’re in for a treat. The festival offers a wide range of tasty dishes and plenty of spots to chill out while enjoying the vibrant mix of music.

Each day brought something new, with a lineup that kept us dancing and vibing non-stop. For three days, we soaked up the sounds of both local and international artists, all bringing their A-game. This year’s highlights included epic performances from Idles, AURORA, PJ Harvey, Janelle Monáe, Raye, Halsey, Jessie Ware, James Blake, and more. And to top it all off, Pulp closed the festival with one of the most eagerly awaited sets. Jarvis Cocker led the crowd through some iconic hits, leaving everyone buzzing for more. Fans were especially pumped when they played tracks from Different Class—an absolute classic.

With the massive success of this 20th anniversary, Flow Festival 2025 is already in the works. So…Are you gonna miss it?.
